
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Take out each apple core to allow space for chopped fruit. Peel a strip off the top of each apple. Place each apple in a 6-oz ramekin cup. Combine cranberries, bananas, cinnamon and honey. Fill each apple with even amount of fruit mixture. Pour 1 TBSP of orange juice on each apple. Bake in microwave for 5 to 7 minutes until soft.
