Celebrity Fat Loss Coach Helps People to Lose Weight Eating Food They Love

It sounds too good to be true: eat the foods you love and lose weight? Nutritionist, author, and Fat Loss Coach Robert Ferguson has worked with celebrities, professional athletes and others to "lose staggering amounts of weight eating only the foods they love." His concept definitely is very different from the standard diet plan or weight loss program.

Robert revealed in an exclusive interview how he created his famous Food Lovers Fat Loss System, which was inspired by his mother. "I've watched her over a lifetime gain and lose over 1500 pounds, and no one needs to go through this," Robert explained.

To help others avoid his mother's struggles, Robert decided to develop a weight loss program that would allow people to "eat the foods they enjoy and still reduce their waistline. The way I see it is that if you are able to lose weight eating the foods you love, then you won't gain the weight back." One way to look at the Food Lovers Fat Loss System: you can literally have your cake and lose weight too! And no, this is NOT yet another version of the famous Cookie Diet. Robert made his decision more than two decades ago to follow a "lean and healthy lifestyle" without dieting when he was in the U.S. Marine Corps. He "gained over 30 pounds in less than two months, and my body fat percentage was categorized as obese." He describes that moment as his "wake-up call," leading him to "say no to diets and yes to a lean and healthy lifestyle."

Currently, Robert is working with various celebrities to help them achieve his no-diet success. Among the stars he coaches are actress Kim Coles, NBA player/coach Reggie Theus, and actress Shari Headley.

The ingredients of this tasty weight loss plan vary, depending on your food cravings. "Eat what you crave, but do so in a way where you're able to keep your body in fat burning mode," Robert explains. For example, on a typical day, he enjoys a wide range of food. His choices range from pancakes for breakfast to lunch at the Cheesecake Factory to "fruit or toast with peanut butter for an afternoon snack; pasta, pizza or whatever I'm wanting for dinner, and a late night snack which could be popcorn, a smoothie or one of a thousand recipes I've created."

Robert does "exercise when times permits. My favorite workout right now is running stadium stairs."
