Robert, how does The Food Lovers Fat Loss System compare with main stream diets? What does it do that diets can't?

It can meet a person exactly where he or she is culturally—whether the individual prefers to eat white rice, noodles, bread, fried chicken, meat, desserts, etc.., the system is able to accommodate it all. It will even work for someone who follows Jenny Craig, South Beach or Weight Watchers. If you're eating a bland diet, like South Beach, that's great; but others don't want to give up their burgers and fries. Food Lovers shows you how to eat the food you like while you lose weight. How long is the track record of the Food Lovers Fat Loss System? Our program has been available for over 10 years. But not until now, after teaming up with Alchemy Worldwide, an infomercial company that is in the business of helping people embrace healthy living have we been in a position to get our message to the public quickly. More than 10,000 and it's growing daily. Robert—are there any celebrities or athletes using Food Lovers Fat Loss? Kim Coles, you'll remember her from Living Single is. The official infomercial rollout began May 1, 2009. It is currently running more than 100 times a week regionally and nationally.

Is your goal to make Food Lovers a national movement?

My goal is to put every other diet out of business—I'm very very serious about this. Food Lovers Fat Loss is bipartisan Ðit meets a person where they are. No judgment is allowed. If you want meat ÐI'll meet you where you are, but we address the needs of vegetarians and vegans too. I'm no fan of diet and deprivation.

You've never seen this with any other diet program. We'll be on tour this summer in major U.S. cities. Be sure to watch for us. Robert—what about the needs of children? Childhood obesity is literally a growing concern in the United States.

My program is for all ages, even children. For kids, we uniquely focus on the metabolism and not the weight. Our point is to teach kids about the science of nutrition—maximizing the metabolism, and food is a big part of this. Kids will eat what they see you eat. Food Lovers Fat Loss is family-approved. No one's being denied. It's not like Weight Watchers—I'm not knocking these other programs, they have contributed to helping people reduce their waistline, but we're five steps ahead of them. You need a supportive environment. If it's not a diet, everyone you know will jump on board, because it doesn't feel like a diet.

Kelly, our focus is on food first, because you must eat. After 7 days, then let's talk about exercise. We begin with 12 minutes of continuous movement and not everyone can do this. It is this 12 minute mark where you also positively affect a change in your body chemistry. Some people go to the gym on a daily basis, and still don't lose weight.
