On the Food Lover's Fat-Loss Program, I have lost 100 pounds. And I went from a 42 waist size to a 34.

I tried a couple of different diets. I did Atkins, the no-sugar diet, and they worked. I'd lose like 10 or 20 pounds pretty quick, and it was cool. I thought I lost the weight so I can go back to eating whatever I want. And you do that and you gain that weight plus 10 pounds more, so you're even fatter than you started out.

On this program my eating did change, but I've cut out none of my favorite foods. All my favorite foods stayed. I just changed how I would cook, like, instead of using the white pasta or white sugar, I use brown pasta or just tweaking my favorite recipes a little bit. There was no starving yourself.

I lost 100 pounds, eating pastas, Alfredo, spaghetti, everything. I still eat steak for dinner. Everyone thinks you can’t have red meat. I have steak. There's nothing I cut out. I don’t deprive myself in any way.

Now that I've lost the weight, life is, is completely different. It's enjoyable. You know, running up stairs. I was walking up the stairs in my house before I lost weight, I would get tired, and that's bad. Now, I can run up in our stairs over and over and over again not get tired. And after you lose weight, you can be just another guy.

You can be a typical teenager and still lose weight. You don't have to sit with your friends, and when they're having burgers you sit there and eat a salad and nibble on breads just to get yourself through. You can have the same stuff they do. Just change how you eat it. And you will lose weight. You'll be successful.
